Portable Begs Pasuma to Take Him to Mecca: "I Wan Go"
Nigerian street-hop sensation, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has made a heartfelt plea to Fuji music icon, Pasuma, requesting that he take him to Mecca for a spiritual journey.
The singer shared a screenshot of his private chat with Pasuma on his Instagram story, where he expressed his desire to embark on the pilgrimage. In the message, Portable pleaded:
"He no go spoil for me and you, my Daddy. God be with you, Ogo Daddy. Oga mi, pls carry me go Mecca, I wan go. Thank God. Alhamdulilahi."
Portable’s Spiritual Journey?
Known for his controversial lifestyle and outspoken personality, Portable’s plea has sparked reactions among fans. Some believe it reflects a genuine desire for spiritual growth, while others see it as another publicity stunt.
However, this is not the first time the singer has expressed interest in religion. Despite his frequent run-ins with authorities, Portable often attributes his success to divine intervention and shares Islamic prayers on his social media pages.
Opinion: A New Chapter for Portable?
While Portable is mostly in the news for his drama, legal troubles, and outspoken nature, this request to Pasuma presents a different side of him. Perhaps the singer is looking for redemption and spiritual enlightenment.
If Pasuma grants his wish, will we see a new, reformed Portable after Mecca? Or will it just be another chapter in his ever-dramatic life?
