Her portrayal of Dawn Summers on "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" from 2000 to 2003 further solidified her status in Hollywood. Later, she captivated audiences as Georgina Sparks on "Gossip Girl." 

In recent years, Trachtenberg faced health challenges, including a liver transplant within the past year.
