Nigerian comedian Laff Ijuo Albert has successfully completed his 50-hour attempt to set a new Guinness World Record (GWR) for the longest stand-up comedy show by an individual.
The record-breaking attempt began on February 14 at Banex Mall, Lekki, Lagos, and ended on Sunday.
Sharing the moment of his achievement on Instagram, Albert revealed that his goal was to raise $1 million for the Talent City Naija (TCN) project.
His record is now pending official verification by Guinness World Records.
The current record of 40 hours, 8 minutes was set by American comedian David Scott on April 30, 2013. If confirmed, Albert's achievement will surpass this by almost 10 hours.
Congratulations to him! 🎉🎭
